  • Best suited for low dynamic applications requiring excellent isolation performance.

TECHNICAL DATA

Description

  • Adjustable table feet.
  • Rigid, welded steel subframe, powder-coated.
  • BiAir®-OC membrane air spring isolators (vertical natural frequency 2 Hz) between subframe and table top.
  • Mechanical-pneumatic level control systems (reset accuracy ± 1/10mm or ± 1/100mm, depending on the valve used).
  • Choice of colour according to customer requirements.
  • Optical table tops:
    • HD steel honeycomb core with high natural isolation, hood pad without thread insert
    • HDT steel honeycomb core with high natural isolation, hood pad with thread inserts
    • Also available in a suitable clean room version with stainless steel base pad.
