Bilz Offers a variety of different zinc plated threaded rods for our PKA bolt-on leveling wedge. The benefit of bolt-on leveling wedge is that it remains in position even when the machine is lifted, significantly easing the installation of the machine. The selection of the type of threaded rod you use with your leveling wedge has to be made depending on the static and dynamic loading in the particular application. Isolation washers are used to isolate the hex nut. They offer adequate vibration and structure borne noise isolation in rigidly anchored machines and components. These washers can be used at temperatures between -20 and +120 °C and are highly resistant to oils, greases, acids and coolants used in industry. We recommend the use of the leveling extension for difficult to access leveling wedges. This allows quick and easy leveling of the machine even where space is limited. These extensions are available in different lengths and width across flats depending on the leveling wedge being used.
