BiAir® Air Spring Versions
There are several versions of the BiAir® Membrane Air Spring Isolator with Low Profile and Baseplate available. These versions include:

Range of Applications
Highly effective isolation of vibration for sensitive measurement and testing equipment, precise finishing machines, laser equipment and optical and electronic instruments. The models BiAir #-ED-ST and BiAir #-ED-ST-LT with their steel construction and electroless nickel plating are perfect for Cleanroom applications. BiAir® models with or without the limited travel option are commonly installed on vibration isolated tables, models: LTH and LTO.
Bilz Leveling Systems
Typically all BiAir® air spring applications require a level control system to operate properly. A leveling system provides an important contribution toward the optimal function of an air spring system. If a change in the Center of Gravity (COG) is likely to occur on the equipment mounted on top of an air spring system, such that one of the springs will compress resulting in the equipment on top of the air springs is inclined, a leveling system might be the only solution available to maintain the levelness of equipment on top of the air spring system. The change in air pressure in the air spring isolators adjusts the height of the individual air springs (BiAir® or FAEBI®). By quickly pressurizing or de-pressurizing the air springs, the proper levelness of the work surface can be maintained despite variations in the position of the load on the work surface. Bilz offers two models of level control systems both with variations: PVM and LCV.
Control System
Each level control system consists of at least three control groups and each control group will consist of one or more air spring isolators. Even if several isolators are required for design or load reasons, three control groups are necessary in order to avoid a statically indeterminate system. When multiple air springs are grouped together they are controlled in parallel.
