Vibration Isolation Pads for Foundations and High Dynamic Machines

By using multiple layers of vibration isolation rubber pad sets it is possible to reach a very low natural frequency, which enhances the vibration isolation in comparison with single layer vibration isolation pads. In particular these pad sets are ideal for big machines and vibration isolation foundations. Even with a long lasting dynamic loads, the highly developed material hold its isolation properties. BILZ isolation rubber pads are resistant against oils, fats, coolant, acids, bases and cleaners.

Load Capacity

The permissible load capacity of a plate set is between 7 and 58 psi (5 and 40 N/cm2), depending on the application. The dimensions and the number of vibration isolation pads will be determined by BILZ depending on the application.
